Take it every morning for a strong immune system. Hundreds of studies show the efficacy of this supplement in staying strong against viruses and bacterial infections.

Most C supplements are made from ascorbic acid derived from corn syrup and toxic crap. Choose a whole-foods option, made from superfoods and berries.

For virus protection, the experts are recommending at least 2,000 mg. of  Vitamin C daily, or until bowel intolerance.  1,000 mg. in the morning and 1,000 mg in the evening for best results.  

At the onset of any virus symptoms, increase recommended dosage.

Vitamin D3 and K2, are at the top of the list for virus protection, with Vitamin C and Zinc.  Recommended intake for Coronavirus protection is 10,000 - 20,000 mg. of Vitamin D per day, and 1000 mcg (1 mg) of K2.

Colloidal Silver kills pathogens by suffocating them, blocking its oxygen enzymes that are necessary for the survival of the bacteria, virus, or fungus.  Look for nano-particle silver, which is much more effective. 

The power of Oregano oil is fabulous for gut health and respiratory function when taken internally.  It's anti-fungal, anti-parasitic and kills pathogens and viruses.  

Put 1-2 drops in a veggie capsule swallow with water, or dilute 1 drop in 4 oz. of liquid and drink. Be sure to take this one with food!

You can also diffuse the oil or mix 2 drops with some carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, avocado oil. grapeseed oil) and rub on your belly.  Oregano is a hot oil, so test for sensitivity on a small patch of skin before using.
